How We Work

Our Process

One engineer-led journey, transparent at every stage. You approve the design, quote and material before fabrication begins.

The Project Path

Seven stages. One accountable team.

Large-scale stainless steel sculpture is both an artwork and an engineering project. Our process keeps every important decision visible, documented and approved.

You will know what is happening, what comes next and what requires your sign-off. That is how we protect the design intent while keeping fabrication and installation predictable.

  1. Consultation for a custom stainless steel sculpture project
    Stage 01 / 07

    Consult

    Brief & site

We review your site, dimensions, environment, budget and decision timeline. You have one clear point of contact before design begins.

    Discuss this stage
  2. Design development for an abstract stainless steel sculpture
    Stage 02 / 07

    Design

    3D concept

We translate the brief into a 3D concept and material direction, then refine the form, scale and viewing angles with you.

    Discuss this stage
  3. Quotation review for a stainless steel sculpture commission
    Stage 03 / 07

    Quote

    Size / material

You approve an itemized quote covering stainless grade, thickness, finish, engineering, freight and installation assumptions.

    Discuss this stage
  4. Engineering inspection of a stainless steel sculpture support frame
    Stage 04 / 07

    Engineering

    Wind & build

Our engineering team checks structural behavior, wind loading, support frames, anchors and fabrication tolerances before release.

    Discuss this stage
  5. In-house fabrication and welding of a stainless steel sculpture
    Stage 05 / 07

    Fabrication

    Welded in house

Plate is cut, rolled, fitted and TIG-welded in our own workshop, with stage checks at every critical seam.

    Discuss this stage
  6. Professional polishing and finishing of a stainless steel sculpture
    Stage 06 / 07

    Finish

    Polish or patina

The surface is polished, brushed or treated to the approved sample, then protected for transport and outdoor service.

    Discuss this stage
  7. Safe crane-assisted installation of a stainless steel sculpture
    Stage 07 / 07

    Install

    Worldwide

We coordinate packing, freight, crane planning, site access and placement, with a final inspection after installation.

Why It Matters

No surprises after approval.

Why our process is different

Because every large sculpture is engineered as well as sculpted, you are never surprised late in a project. You approve the design, the quote and the material before fabrication begins, and we keep you updated through each stage until the crane places the piece on site.

From the first call to final installation you deal with the fabricators yourself — no middlemen, no surprises, and a single point of accountability for quality.

Built Around Accountability

In-House Capability

The same team that develops the concept also controls the technical and finishing decisions that determine the final result.

FAB

Welding & Forming

Precision cutting, rolling and seam-welding of plate at fabrication scale.

FIN

Finishing

Mirror polishing, brushing and protective sealing in a controlled shop.

ENG

Engineering

Structural and wind-load engineering for large, permanent installations.

LOG

Installation

International freight, crane planning, placement and on-site commissioning.
